Short biography

Davide and Daniele Trivella, twin brothers from Bergamo, are a piano duo playing four hands and on two pianos. Gold medallists at the Murray Dranoff International Two Piano Competition in Miami (1999) and winners of thirteen first prizes in national and international competitions, they have performed across Europe, in the United States, Israel, South Africa and Thailand, at the Venice Biennale with Pierre-Laurent Aimard and at the New World Center in Miami. Their repertoire runs from the eighteenth century to music written today, with many of their own transcriptions and several world premieres. In 2020 they founded the 4Hands Piano Festival in Bergamo. Their latest album is Max Reger's complete original works for piano four hands (Brilliant Classics, 2026).
