Davide&Daniele Trivella

Twin brothers from Bergamo, sharing one keyboard since they were ten.
Davide and Daniele Trivella play piano four hands and on two pianos, from the eighteenth century to music written today. After thirteen first prizes in the competitions of the 1990s, they won the gold medal at the Murray Dranoff International Two Piano Competition in Miami in 1999. They have since performed across Europe, in the United States, Israel, South Africa and Thailand.

In the press
The humour, the sophistication, the almost theatrical presence of the duo: as if by magic, the twins conjure up the sound of a guitar and of percussion.
Two Italians, winners of countless competitions, who are making their name alongside the Kontarskys, the Labèques and the Pekinels.
These twins seem to understand each other blindfolded. They turned Don Giovanni's party into a festival on 176 keys.
Live
Yin & Yang, a dialogue for two grand pianos. Piano Slam, Dranoff Foundation and Arsht Center, Miami, 28 February 2018.
